WASTE-FREE LUNCH CHALLENGE!
COMING SOON!!!
Every week, Lane School disposes almost 30 cubic yards of waste into our Earth’s landfills.  That’s about the same as filling up two small bedrooms with trash! A good portion of that comes from lunch and snack waste.
In celebration of Earth Day, we encourage you to pack a waste-free lunch and snack on
Monday, April 23, 2018.  http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/7/7b/Recycling_symbol.svg/220px-Recycling_symbol.svg.png
Challenge yourself to eliminate packing anything that needs to get thrown away!
Please try to change one thing in your lunch/snack that day, or everything!
Thank you for making a difference!
